Dason is the managing partner of DRP. He was first admitted to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, and thereafter, as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Dason is also a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and an accredited civil and commercial mediator of the UK ADR Group and IDR Chicago. He was awarded with a Singapore International Arbitration Centre prize for the Best Arbitration Law & Practice paper at the GCIA(NUS).

Dason has the advantage of working with Export Trade Credit Insurers around the world, Banks and MNC’s in ASEAN and European countries. He is experienced and is often instructed to act for and represent a wide array of clients in a diverse range of matters. Despite specialising in civil and commercial matters, Dason remains passionate to protect the fundamental rights and liberties of the impecunious.

Zoelle Loh

Zoelle was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2023.

Zoelle has predominantly focused on civil litigation and dispute resolution. Currently, she undertakes instructions in a wide range of matters for our domestic and international clients extending to corporate fraud investigations, due diligence, drafting, company and commercial disputes, administration matters, and family and land law.
